Our story

The sensitive urban fabric

Our worldview holds that a building does not stand alone, but is part of a living, breathing system. We specialize in designing within the “Sensitive Urban Fabric,” understanding that urban renewal requires a precise balance between the needs of residents, the entrepreneurial interest, and the public realm.

Whether it is a luxury residential tower, a mixed-use complex, or a boutique project, our design stems from an intimate familiarity with the street, the topography, and the local community. This approach allows us to create architecture that is both aesthetic and functional, enhancing the property and respecting the environment.

Five decades of urban creation

Macro and Micro in One Integrated Vision

Moallem Architects’ uniqueness lies in its ability to see the bigger picture without losing sight of the smallest details. The firm provides comprehensive and continuous support throughout every stage of a project’s lifecycle: from the initial planning program and assessment of building rights, through detailed design and obtaining building permits from local and district planning committees, to on-site supervision, construction oversight, and project completion with the issuance of the occupancy permit.

We view every project as a single economic and planning entity, and we are committed to maximizing the property’s potential while adhering to the highest engineering standards.

Trusted by Leading Developers

We are proud to collaborate with some of Israel's leading real estate developers:
